@GoProUK I can’t DM you. I placed an order before Christmas which was lost by @UPS_UK @UPS. Their customer service is awful and I cannot get a response out of them as to what is going on. An investigation has been opened but I am told communication on status is with the shipper.

@GWRHelp hi - the evening (between 1900 and 2100) fast trains from Paddington to Maidenhead appear to have changed - is that right? There is a huge gap between the fast 1920 and the 2042. I don’t recall hearing anything about it.

@RBWM I’ve reported our bin as missed, but you can only do it for one property and one type of waste - our entrie street has just been missed and both refuse and recycling.

@GWRHelp I am due nearly £4K for a refund on my season ticket. It’s been over six weeks I’ve not even been contacted for bank details (why are these not part of the application?!). From what I read, it still takes some time after bank details are given. I am really not happy.

@GWRHelp it’s been 28 days and I’ve not had so much as an acknowledgement email of my refund evidence (being a picture of my £4k season ticket cut in half). I appreciate you have a high volume of these, but this is not a small amount of money and hearing nothing is not on.
