The government put calories on menus, I would say that probably one of the first and leading steps in saving the NHS.
People abuse it.
The idea of Boris Johnson returning as Prime Minister strikes fear in the hearts of the Left. Why? Because they know @BorisJohnson is a proven winner who could turn around the fortunes of the Conservative Party. He is clearly the leader they fear the most at the ballot box.
Dieting simplified:
If you’re in “maintenance calories” your weight is staying the same and probably has done for a while.
Drop 200-300 calories a day: that’s 4 biscuits or a Starbucks ☕️ or half a portion of rice.
You’ll probably be in a deficit.
Two choices
1:Focus on how difficult it is to diet, how tired you are, how much you don’t want to go to your class tonight…
Or
Focus on how good you will feel once you’ve done it, how amazing it will be to lose another lb, how your consistency will benefit you in the long run.
