@MartinSLewis my recently widowed Mum is now on a 14 week wait since she applied to HMRC for pensions credit She phoned the helpline today and they could give no timeframe for the claim to be dealt with, they usually take 5 weeks. Shocking @HMRCgovuk @JimHarraHMRC @HMRCcustomers
