I have a good idea @FirstNorwich how about every other 25 is a 25A and continues it's journey to the hospital? Would be great for all customers of Unthank Road and South Park Avenue to be able to get to NNUH. Thanks for your consideration.

@FirstNorwich @queenfr0mars I've now had time to gain more information from the link you kindly posted, however, there is no mention of heating or air conditioning? It does mention an attempt by @firstbus at improving customer experience but doesn't say how? Maybe heat, A/C and the wifi that's advertised?

Omg congratulations @FirstNorwich I've just got on the 25 @ Red Lion Street going to UEA and the bus has got heating!!! I can't quite believe it! Just hope they have air con in the summer 🤔
