A reporter was almost killed in this country for standing on public property and doing his job.

Yet again, someone decided a man with a microphone was a problem worth removing, and we are supposed to absorb that like it is just the temperature of the moment.
I keep waiting for the people who talk about threats to democracy to treat this like one. Condemn it. Say free speech still counts when the reporter is not on your side.

How can we coexist with people who answer disagreement by trying to kill you, when a life stops mattering the moment you disagree with it?
