A4: if you cannot handle it, you should say no. If you know you will not be able to be all in, you should say no. If you simply do not want to, you should say no. People will be able to tell if you don't want to be there/are not all in. It wouldn't benefit anyone #ruraledchat

@mrterborg Definitely! A poor coach can make or break it! But, the same goes for a poor teacher, a poor realtor, etc. This is why I will only take on as many responsibilities as I can fully commit to. As Matt said, I'd rather go all in for one thing, rather than half in for two #RuralEdChat

A3 Part 1: I think sports are important. They teach students many things - how to manage time & schedule/prioritize, to work hard for things they want, how to work with others - even if they don't get along, build strong relationships, & to develop leadership skills #ruraledchat
