@Michael82986852 Yeh this is a biggy that goes wrong in most cases.A disclosure officer should have sufficient skills and authority commensurate with the complexity of the investigation, to discharge their functions correctly. I know one officer who didnt know how to apply the correct tests 🙈🤣
