[Stetson Childress @stetsonchil]

Rule #27: The FASTEST person, doesn’t win the race.

[Stetson Childress @stetsonchil]

Rule #26: PR>PB. Best is yet to come and records are made to be broken.

Rule #25: It’s better to be confident in PRACTICE than on race day.

Rule #24: Be REALLY bad at giving up.

[Stetson Childress @stetsonchil]

Rule 23: I got beat in races by people who NEVER beat me in practice. Work smarter, not harder.

[Stetson Childress @stetsonchil]

Rule 22: Invest in YOURSELF as much as you invest in EXCUSES. Those Kudos don’t get results.

[Stetson Childress @stetsonchil]

Rule #21: People who FAIL all the TIME, are the same People who aren’t SCARED to TRY.

[Stetson Childress @stetsonchil]

Rule #20: There’s a 100% chance you FAIL if you quit, but always a 100% CHANCE of success if you don’t. Follow your passions.

[Stetson Childress @stetsonchil]

Rule #19: Passion will ALWAYS beat Obsession

[Stetson Childress @stetsonchil]

Rule #18: Recovery is more important than training

[Stetson Childress @stetsonchil]

Rule #17: Rest days are part of training, not excuses

[Stetson Childress @stetsonchil]

Rule #16: The process itself is better than the result

[Stetson Childress @stetsonchil]

[Stetson Childress @stetsonchil]

Rule #14: Make it look easy

[Stetson Childress @stetsonchil]
