@lmkifiwin Let's not pretend like killing Leviathans in the first subnautica was anything short of clunky and unintuitive, it was clearly not intended for you to swim up and shank them to death
@GrappLrTwitch I think these are my favourite kinds of meals for cuts, hits all the macro's you need and most importantly keeps you full, it's the hunger pangs which I find the most difficult after a meal that doesn't keep you full for a while
i have played crimson desert and enjoyed it but it is the most soup game ever made. no game will come out in the future claiming to be inspired by it because crimson desert is the game inspired by everything else. except the writing. the writing is inspired by drywall and sand
@TheTrueVanguard Combat was great, but literally everything else surrounding it was awful
The dialogue, the story, the characters, the open world, the pacing, everything else was not good.
And even then, the combat could get clunky as you cycled between the different magics.
@ContextEvil I always thought the first RE is perfect for a movie adaptation, just a weirdo mansion with shit going on in it
Everything from 2 onwards though maybe not, although RE4 is perfect for a shlocky horror action movie
@ALegendaryDrops It's popularity 100% has something to do with it being made by THE Indie Game developer, let's not forget that
I wouldn't be surprised if it had a portion of the player base if it wasn't for Edmund McMillan being one of the developers
@LegacyKillaHD@aim_Julia_L Maybe not the best, but it's legitimately great fun. Once you're playing in games where both sides know what's going on, games are intense, fast and engaging. Movement is fluid, gunplay is punchy, it's a lot of fun!
