Hello I’ve been having issues with the Asda gift card in your Pyle branch for the second week in a row they cannot take the full amount off my gift card they tell us that we have too pay extra when there is enough on the gift card.

@AsdaServiceTeam For the Second week in a row Asda Pyle cannot use the full amount that’s on our Asda gift card we have to pay extra leaving a balance on the gift card never used to have any problems before even staff can’t explain what the problem is and the gift card is activated.

@forduk I asked the dealership where I purchased the car to do them but was told they only update them if there is a fault with the module but surely Ford issue software updates because that’s what they are updates or improvements on your existing version.

@forduk It was with DG Weaver’s in Talbot Green I asked when I booked it in and again while I was there handing the key over for them to do the recall and like I said the reply was we don’t update unless there is a fault ! https://t.co/MMShGuZAyF

@steve461909 Hi Stephen, to whom did you book the vehicle for the recall, it is our understanding that updates would be applied as part of any routine maintenance. Did you ask the team to apply the software updates (this doesn't include SYNC updates) at the time of booking the appointment? ^A

@forduk Further to this discussion my Puma went in for the OBD cover recall which was done I asked about updating the software the reply was we don’t do updates unless there is a fault but surely a software update is to correct or improve on the software that exists on the car !
