NYPD recruits STILL assigned to the Police Academy were sent to work the Knicks ticker-tape parade—despite not yet having received their firearms or shields. As expected, it required a massive amount of supervision aka sergeants and lieutenants. Brilliant planning. 🤦🏻♂️
