Imagine having to manage customer expectations of 10s or 100s of thousands of people on a daily basis, where the challenges are often complex and outside of the businesses control, and you have to front that, really appreciate @Se_Railway team for their efforts day in & out
Guys honestly super impressed within 4 hoursl my replacement card was issued, if I had one point to improve on, is the fact (a bot of assumption here) once the card has been printed the app resets to normal, perhaps send an email confirming it should reach you on x days
Expecting it to be a drama to gety @Se_Railway key card replaced when it stopped working, all it took was a few clicks in the App. Thanks team for making it so easy.

As we enter LGBTQ history monthI felt it important to highlight that globally our rights are slowly being erased, in the US very publicly, in the UK perhaps more subtly.

Small but Great concept from @Se_Railway to have these yellow stickers above loo's, how are maintenance teams to know if they are not told, they can't test the entire fleet in the few short hours overnight.
We have all been stuck on a train with no toilets help them to help us
