KE 🇰🇪 This may be your reality very soon. The government just changed what's in your fuel. Quietly.
From April 30th, the petrol and diesel at every pump in Kenya has 5x more sulphur in it than it did last month.
Here's what that means for your car.

My first time abroad
I didn’t have any euros in me
On my first day at work, at 5pm, Michelle shows up at my work desk
“You’re the new guy. Welcome to Rotterdam!”
Then tells me it’s 5pm. People here don’t work overtime. “Let’s go have dinner!”
So I pack my laptop and off we go
Witte de withstraat. Probably the most popular street in Rotterdam
We have a sumptuous meal. I tell her I do not have any Euros in me as I forgot to convert.
She tells me not to worry and, hear this..
She hands me her own credit card!!!
Tells me to use it everyday for all my needs. Just that I should return it and pay back when I am sorted!!
She blessed my life abroad in every possible way. At the moment that I most needed it.
Michelle Heah. God bless your kind soul!
This is a post to the *MEN ONLY*
This is from personal experience, buy a wash & dryer (save up for months if you have to), get a good brand Bosch, LG, Samsung.
Buy machine soap & softener, learn to separate your clothes (white, colored, cotton etc), you are sorted for life 💪
Reasons why you have an endless bloating gut, no matter what you do to treat:
- Lactose ( Milk, Yoghurt)
- Fructose, and this includes sugar, sodas, juices and processed carbs.
- Gluten ( Wheat, maize, maize flour)
- An inflamed gut eg celiac disease or Irritable bowel syndrome.
- SIBO: Small Intestinal Bacteria Overgrowth i.e bacteria in the wrong segments of the gut.
- Low stomach acid. This is common due to antacids and omeprazole.
- Low bile salts. This means your gut cannot emulsify fats.

In 2007, Johanna Ng'eno contested the Kilgoris Parliamentary seat. However, during the chaotic national tallying of the 2007 General Election, he alleged that his victory was "snatched" and handed to another candidate (Gideon Konchela) through electoral manipulation.

How to be an MP in Kenya....
Simple steps:
1. Be well off. Actually be rich. Your source of wealth should be unknown, just say 'niko biashara Nairobi'. Whether wash wash or genuine business, ni wash wash. 😆
2. Alternatively, be a contractor, make your little cash, build yourself a mansion at home and you are good to go.
3. Visit the village on weekends. Arrive on Friday, attend funerals on Saturday, one or two churches on Sunday and hurry off to Nairobi saying that kesho saa mbili uko kazi. Never mind hauko kazi. Remember you must have a Prado, whether yours or for car hire.
4. On your way back to Nairobi, get some boys in the village and buy them a few drinks in the nearest town. Yes town, not centre. Then tip them.
5. For women, dress decently, very long clothes. Then know your clan and that of your mother. Say them proudly. L!e that you are not married, challenge young men in every meeting why they have not come to your home to ask for your hand in marriage. The young men will clap and cheer. But they won't come anyway- because you won't accept them.
6. For men, get a long black walking stick and roam in the villages, sympathizing with situations and spraying people. The black 'olcharkaka' can be found at Narok at Kshs. 1500.
6. Pick a fight with the sitting MP. Then get bloggers to praise you. Download all the statements showing how much money treasury has released to your constituency and read to wananchi how much the MP has stolen.
And there you are, you are an aspirant already! 😂

Age 25–30 is the weirdest phase of life.
- Friends are getting married
- Someone is buying a new home
- Someone is still struggling to even begin
- Someone is earning well and “settled”
- Parents are getting older every year
- Responsibilities increase silently
- Comparison becomes unavoidable
- Nights are full of overthinking
- Dreams feel expensive
- Time feels faster
- You smile in public.
- You fight battles in silence.
- You question your worth at 2 AM.
- You’re not lazy.
- You’re not failing.
- You’re just carrying too much alone.
If you’re in this phase please be gentle with yourself.
You’re trying. And that matters.
Are you also feeling this ? ✋
Irrespective of what stage you are in life, always have a project - small or big - you are working on.
You could be working towards your college certification, or incubating an app or software.
You are building a house, saving to start a business or invest in a high yield fund.
Just do something that will compound your skills and money.
BREAKING NEWS TO ALL EMPLOYEES:
1. Build a home early. Rural or urban—own something. Building a house at 45 is not an achievement. Government and company houses create dangerous comfort. Your family deserves memories in your home, not borrowed walls.
2. Go home. Don’t live at work all year. You are not the pillar of your department. If you die today, your role will be advertised tomorrow. Operations will continue. Your family should come first—always.
3. Stop chasing promotions. Chase mastery. Be excellent at what you do. If promotion comes, fine. If it doesn’t, your personal growth should never depend on corporate approval.
4. Avoid office gossip like poison. Nothing destroys careers faster than loose talk. Don’t bond over backbiting bosses or colleagues. Stay away from gatherings where people—not progress—are the agenda.
5. Never compete with your boss. You’ll burn your fingers. Don’t compete with colleagues either—you’ll fry your brain. Compete with who you were yesterday.
6. Have a side income. Salary alone will not sustain you long-term. That truth hurts—but it’s real.
7. Save automatically. If money doesn’t leave your payslip without your consent, you will never save it.
8. Borrow to invest, not to impress. Loans should change your situation, not your image. Buy luxury from profits—not debt.
9. Keep your life private. Your marriage, family, and personal struggles do not belong at work. This is not optional—it’s survival.
10. Be loyal to yourself first. Hanging around your boss will isolate you from colleagues—and when your boss leaves, you may be dumped with them.
11. Plan retirement the day you get employed. The second-best time is today. By 38–45, have an exit plan.
12. Join workplace welfare groups—and be active. They matter more than you think when life hits unexpectedly.
13. Use leave days wisely. What you do on leave reflects how you’ll live after retirement. If all you do is sit with a remote watching series, don’t expect a different retirement.
14. Start projects while still employed. Retire to run a business, not to start one. Most pensioners fail because they do it the wrong way around.
15. Pension money is not capital. It’s survival money. It’s for healthcare and upkeep—not school fees, luxury, or impulsive decisions.
16. Don’t become a retirement warning story. Be the example that makes colleagues want to retire, not fear it.
17. Retire while you still have energy. Late retirement steals family time. Many retirees can’t adjust and keep job-hunting until death. That’s tragic—and avoidable.
18. Retire into your community. Company and government housing disconnect you from society. Adjusting later is harder than people admit.
19. Never confuse benefits with security. Employment benefits are comfort traps. When you retire, no one calls you “boss” unless you built something real.
20. You will retire—voluntarily or involuntarily. Prepare early or pay painfully.
