As a "Harm Reduction" worker and a part of a public facing team I am dismayed that our access to Covid-19 vaccine is at best an afterthought. While Boston is medical mega zone. Needle exchange remains a step child.

@BasicBlackWGBH When you learn that the city was decimated . Police never came but rather were a part of the problem. Insurance claims were never paid off. Descendants deserve something.
