@SamsungUS I am so disappointed and have been without my unit for months. Are you really not following through on your confirmation? What do I have to do at this point @SamsungUS ?

@SamsungUS incorrectly installed my airdresser, insisted on 4 repairs and replacements that failed, forced me into an out of warranty period, and is refusing to replace my unit. This issue started as an in-warranty claim and the technician stated the install caused these issues.

I didn’t think this could be possible. My exchange request was approved on 6.30 and I am receiving different communication today. @SamsungUS This is absolutely ridiculous at this point. When will my unit be exchanged?

@SamsungUS I was told once approved someone will reach out to me for when the unit will arrive at the local delivery site to be scheduled for delivery. When will this happen? @SamsungUS how can you resolve and not follow through?
