@TPExpressTrains still stuck on train Piccadilly - Oxford Road. Bad communications mean we weren't able to make informed decision (eg to get off and walk from Piccadilly). Wholly unacceptable amd terrible customer service.

@arrivamidlandsE what a terrible service - Bus 31 Leicester south. Infrequent, nearly always late. Until we crack this sort of thing, people will still drive as a reliable/flexible form of transport. Just saying, as COP27 underway.

I was very sad to hear this news. I only knew Judy for a short time in my time at SK, but appreciated how welcome she made me feel, and hugely respected her integrity in serving her community. A great loss.

Pls reassure us all @CrossCountryUK on platform 11a at New Street that the 17.52 B'ham to L'ster train is going to run amd not juat be amalgamated into 18.22 Stanstead - with all the consequent Covid issues from over-crowding? No announcements!

So @networkrail - at 07.00 Live Departure Boards showed all trains between Leicester and Birmingham as fine. 15min walk to station later and they're either cancelled or delayed. Very frustrating indeed.

@CrossCountryUK It's a real shame not to have more information. Understand the breakdown can't have been helped, but standing at Birmingham New Street to only hear announcements that "the 18.22 to Leicester & Stansted Airport has been delayed" is very frustrating @CrossCountryUK
