@NintendoUK customer service is absolutely shocking. For a brand I have always admired - I expect so much more. If any one has a Prima guide on how to unlock the “where is my replacement on your damaged goods it’s been 3 weeks” answer it would be grateful
For such a big company who pride themselves on protecting their brand @NintendoUK return and replacement process has been shocking. Provided so much proof of delivery recipe rats, tracking history and still nothing after 2 weeks. Just going round in circles.

@SmythsToysUK the handling of the Pokémon ETB Farnborough was a bit rubbish. 3 per customer when you had such a small delivery and managers not being able to change to 1 per customer. You basically had groups of scalpers just buying the lot. People walking out with bags of 12
