@erichoke Our denomination has a natiobal office and districts in each state. The districts (most of them) provide a school of ministry. That puts people on the path to ministry. Each level has educational requirements. 1/2

@mrdavidrowe The job of “pastor” is misunderstood- often. His job is to dedicate himself to preaching the Word and prayer and equipping the saints for the work of ministry (going to visit the congregants, hospitals, nursing homes, etc.)Acts 6:4 and Ephesians 4:12. 15 hour sermon prep is okay.

@TheMuppetPastor Went to a seafood restaurant right on the water. Meal with was $98.17. Gave them $100 and received $1.83 in change. Walking out of the restaurant a “bum” was asking for money. He asked three before me for money. When he came to me, he asked for $1.83. I gave it to him.
