@SkyHelpTeam Any update yet on this? Im a Search and Rescue in HM Coastguard and tasked by phone which still not working! Last update was 7hrs ago and your site still says no issues in my area!

@rachiearcher16 @SkyHelpTeam I guess we only get compensation if its different than what's normal sadly! I resolved my issue and got a PAC code and switch supplier next week luckily i was no longer under contract..

Not to worry @skyhelpteam I found it! Its not the lack of service its the lack of Communication from a company that deals in communication. It clearly is still faulty you only need to look at down detector or X. But everything you saying is there are no issues.. BYE

@SkyHelpTeam If this is what to expect from a your service is working fine how about switching your phone off and back on again. After a night of no signal and missing one emergency tasking as a Coastguard to someone in danger. How do i get a PAC code? Im done!
