Mora went after Rich Mauti and Bufford Jordan on talk shows. Ron Swoboda would get under his skin with his questions. Before his Wade Wilson MNF rant he said he would pick Wade Wilson over Elway or Montana on the weekly Jim Mora Show when questioned by a fan.

@nflrums Saints later traded Ricky Williams to Miami for two first round picks. So really the highest pick traded for Williams was 2 3rd round selections if you cancel out the two first. Williams was one of 25 players in NFL history with 10,000 rushing yards. So yes, he was a great player

@nflrums Saints traded their 2nd round pick for Eddie Kennison that year. So it wasn't the entire draft. Saints won their first playoff game in their history in 2000. Ricky Williams was the all-purpose yardage leader for the Saints that season.
