@ChiTownCheese The way ours is set up through California public employees retirement system officers used to get 3 percent at 30 years or 90 percent of your salary as long as you were in the system before 2013. Then it was changed to 2.7 at 20 years or 54 percent

In the dead of night, California Democrats rammed through AB 2108 — a bill that guts Prop 36 enforcement and puts criminals back on the streets!

Prop 36 passed in every single county in the state because Californians are fed up with the chaos. Now Democrats want to create a soft diversion program for all retail theft crimes.

This is absolutely ridiculous. We have to lock toothpaste behind glass shields because criminals have a death grip on this state.

AB 2108 is a direct slap in the face to the supermajority of Californians who just want safe streets and real accountability.

We voted for Prop 36 and now your California legislators are working to undermine it before even funding it.

@RDog861 Because it’s California we have to notify CalTrans every time it gets hit, stop all train traffic and move all vehicle traffic around until caltrans gives the all clear. Longest I was out there was 12 hours after a mini excavator on a trailer came loose and damaged support beams
