@harukaawake This was never the case in Europe, quite the opposite. When I grew up, anything made in Japan had a very good reputation for reliability and innovation. It still amazes me that they had super fast trains as early as 1964.

We've lost two actors from '80's and '90's comedies in 24 hours. Patrick Murray who played Mickey Pearce in Only Fools and Horses and Patricia Routledge who played Hyacinth Bucket (pronounced Bouquet)in Keeping up Appearances. RIP.

@GBNEWS They held Anti-Tourist protests and are now reaping the results. My last trip to Spain in 2023 and I was hoping they would show some civility and gratitude after the pandemic. However,on arrival at Alicante Airport,my passport was thrown back at me at Passport Control. No more.
