@AriFleischer One hand was on his phone, the other was in the air attempting to block teargas. Apparently he didn't just go limp when enraged agents were beating him to the ground. No reason for agents to attack him, he was just filming and then attempting to help a teargassed/shoved lady.

@SenJohnCurtis It is clear that officers were not in danger in either Renee Good or Alex Pretti's homicides. Renee was trying to slowly drive away after conflicting orders from agents, Alex was just trying to help a teargassed/shoved lady (and filming). No reason to beat him and then shoot.
