@realericmoutsos So the speed limiter has been arranged in the UK.
They lost, hence cars are not limited to 70 MPH.
They argued persons may need to accelerate beyond the speed limit to avoid accidents.

Then surly in the UK this ruling stands. They can’t limit cars.
