When we pray a prayer like, “Your Kingdom come, Your will be done in my life!” He will build on that.”

📖 “…faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.” James 2:17

💥We live not for an audience, but an audience of ONE!

📖“…when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.” Matthew 6:6

Jesus’ name carries the power of salvation. “Because of the sacrifice of the Messiah, His blood poured out on the altar of the Cross, we’re a free people—free of penalties and punishments chalked up by all our misdeeds. And not just barely free, either. Abundantly free!” Eph. 1:7

[Steve MacDonald @stevemacdonald_]

Before Jesus calls our name, we must recognize His. “The crowds that went ahead of Him and those that followed shouted, “Hosanna to the Son of David!” “Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!” “Hosanna in the highest heaven!”🌿 Matt 21:9

God has prepared good things for us to do that reflect His Kingdom in our world. “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” Eph. 2:10

Our calling is not to create unity, but to keep it! 📖 “Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called…” Eph. 4:3-4

What He paid for, we inherited! “And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in Him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance…” Eph. 1:13-14

[Steve MacDonald @stevemacdonald_]

It’s not enough to come and go, in and out of the presence of God, Paul is challenging the church to abide in Him. “‘For in Him we live and move and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are His offspring.’” Acts 17:28
