@currys Just spent another 29 mins with the call centre simply trying to change the address on the order after two failed attempts at getting through with over 15 mins on hold, and a failed attempt at the online chat team. Worst service I've ever received. Insanity.

@currys Ordered a washing machine in May. A door needed to be fixed on after installation. It's now the end of August. I've phoned around 5 times, had two appointments cancelled due to call centres putting the wrong address in, and consequently lost two afternoon's worth of work.
