#Tony A simple trust in a filmmaker is a hard thing to come by these days. This director has something to tell without alienating an audience that's very meaningful for me.
#CoyoteVsAcme I am interested in knowing which executive reviewed this film and decided that it should not be released to the public. Also, I would like to know if that individual is still employed in that position. If so, I believe this is a concern.
#DC Given that the movie begins with "An Anirudh musical," I'll take the liberty to discuss it. I'm genuinely curious about when he became involved in the filming process. Honestly, there were moments where the score enhanced the emotions, but other times it felt out of place.
This movie should have been set in that pizza joint instead of portraying a nonsensical NYC backdrop with unlikable characters. I genuinely don't grasp why this film was made in this particular manner.
#SpidermanBrandNewDay
Despite the significant VFX and prominent cameo appearance, the movie genuinely felt heartfelt and personal. It's a love letter to NYC and the comics.
#ToyStory5 Great film, which is given!!
My biggest pet peeves for any franchises, they just don't care about the cohesive aspect ratio standard. Toy Story 4 went scope and this one went back to flat why ?????
#TheFurious I will say one thing, at the final act there is this character with a suit fighting, I genuinely thought he was CGI double the way he moved felt out of world.
Also if there is a cut of the movie with native language option I would buy it instantly.
#disclosureday Despite having a well-analyzed filmography, most people are very familiar with his characteristic "traits." Yet, you tend to forget these traits while watching his films. I believe that's his secret, he understands a story pacing and the audience's patience.
**There must be a Dolby Atmos version somewhere in the ether, give it to me now!!**
#Tuner
The movie cruises very well, I genuinely had a good time watching it. It would be a disservice to this movie if you saw it in VOD for the first time.
#Mando I swear, when the intro kicked in, my focus went straight to the bottom right corner, but that’s not my fault! I saw the movie at a Regal Cinemas where they played a bunch of pharmaceutical ads before the film. It felt like home.
#NoOtherChoice Felt like I watched in 4D or something, the soundscap was too overwhelming for my tiny brain. It played really well in my packed theater, I really hope to experience it that way.
#PredatorBadlands Whoever cranked up a couple of dB during my Dolby Cinema screening, I sincerely thank you, sir/madam. This was the best theatrical experience since the Dune movies. I'm already planning to watch it again for the next couple of days.
#Bison This is a good directorial challenge for Mari Selvaraj to expand his storytelling by adding a new genre (sports) in his arsenal. It's great to see a Tamil movie made with conviction rather than by a committee.
#100Meters When a sports anime hits, it's truly magnificent to witness. Some of the animation motions are next level, almost as if they've layered an anime filter onto live-action footage.
#KantaraChapter1 Even though many folklores have similar themes across cultures, that doesn't mean they're not original. What really makes them unique is the specific perspective each culture brings to these stories.
#OneBattleAfterAnother However, this is the current state of affairs where satire and the real world are becoming too intertwined, making it difficult to enjoy things in a genuinely lighthearted way.
#OneBattleAfterAnother I really loved this movie, every bit of it. I also felt that watching it in a packed audience was a good way to test its vibe, which did, but there was a part where people were laughing at really distressing imagery or language.
