Just want to tell everyone to avoid @UberEats like the plague. A restaurant cancelled our order today (without any reason given) and Uber Eats are refusing to refund. Apparently because I’ve had too many refunds from them…thing is I have never used the app before and am a brand new customer… make it make sense! Will sort out a chargeback with Mastercard in the morning.

@British_Airways @afneil I had the same issue, seems to be working today, but #toptip use tripit and records all your upcoming travel, cars, trains, planes, restaurant bookings, all in a timeline, easy to access and get the PNR for BA but also make sure things are scheduled as you expect.
