@baxiboilers have told me they are invalidating my disabled father's warranty because he did not get it serviced this year whilst self isolating as on critically vulnerable list. 2 hours on hold for customer relations to be cut off twice and now line closed. SHAME ON YOU!

@perilli The Innovators Dilemma by Clayton Chrtistensen. It was recommended to me by by @mihak at the 2008 TechEd conference in Barcelona where he told us Cloud was the future and we should get on board. Having taken both recommendations I am now the Head of the Cloud CoE. Good advice!
