@elonmusk@Tesla how about offering new customers, who paid the higher prices (in the last 12 months or so), a free performance boost upgrade? Limited cost to Tesla, but big bump in customer satisfaction for newer customers.

@AppleSupport Apple Watch with 83% battery health. Trying to PAY to get a battery service. Support say Apple policy is to never service a battery until 80% or less. Strange and frustrating.
