@PeterRollins read/listened to a bunch of your work and it’s lead me to wonder if churches would be better off with philosophical foundational statements rather than doctrinal. Build/offer a “scaffold for belief” rather than pre-determining the beliefs.
@PeterRollins have you heard the albums Pure Comedy and it’s follow up Gods Favourite Customer by Father John Misty? Particularly “PC” is an incredibly poetic musical journey of atheistic humanism toward or through bitter theism. Amazing companion to Athiesm for Lent!!
