@PixelCanuck For exercise- get a device to track your steps. What gets measured gets managed.
Increase your average steps on a monthly basis by a small amount. Make small changes over a steady period of time. Rather than dramatic changes that you canโt sustain.
Recommend you walk outside.

@BryanSpirk@FitFounder I have cut back on alcohol consumption a lot myself. Still, socialising is very healthy for humans (read: laws of connection by David Robson). So if a drink or two on occasion helps you to connect with people then I donโt ๐ฏ agree there are *no* benefits to consuming alcohol.
