Insane that it’s even a question whether a homeowner has the right to defend his house and or family. The law should be pretty simple on this. If you break onto or into someone’s property/house expect to be met with deadly force regardless of whether you decide to flee or not. Criminals should have fear in their minds and perhaps this will be a deterrent.
