TODAY: The Trump administration alerts PJM to cut electricity use as outages, overloaded transmission lines, and extreme heat push the system toward blackouts. PJM escalates emergency actions as a result.

@Ajax_atrax @GoodmanHoops Says who? If you can compete in college, you should be allowed to compete in college regardless of age as long as you meet eligibility requirements like anyone else. You shouldn’t be ineligible just because you reached the age of 24 or whatever.
