🚨 BREAKING: Justice for Charlie Kirk — Accused Assassin Tyler Robinson Faces Kirk Family in Utah Courtroom Today

The first major public showdown in the case. For the first time since the assassination, Charlie Kirk's parents and widow Erika will sit across the aisle from Tyler Robinson, the 23-year-old charged with gunning down the conservative leader at a Turning Point USA event at Utah Valley University on Sept. 10, 2025.

Prosecutors are laying out their case in this multi-day preliminary hearing to show probable cause for trial, and it's stacked:

- Robinson allegedly admitted to shooting Kirk to his romantic partner, a group chat, and a family friend.

- DNA linking him to the murder weapon and ammunition.

- Testimony from investigators, autopsy results, ballistic reports, and videos from before, during, and after the killing.

- A note vowing to "take out" Kirk and texts expressing hatred for his views.

The Kirk family statement hits hard: Charlie was a beloved husband, son, father, friend, and brother. Every court date is a painful reminder of that loss for his kids and loved ones.

Robinson's team didn't waive the hearing, they're forcing the state to show its hand. If the judge finds probable cause (and it looks overwhelming), he'll bind it over for full trial and arraignment where a plea comes in. Death penalty is still on the table.

This was a politically motivated assassination of one of the strongest voices for America First values. Kirk was taken out in front of a crowd while fighting the good fight. No excuses. The evidence seems damning, and the family deserves full transparency and accountability.
