Read it for yourself, it is on https://t.co/9RAA2cc6ZP , an EO titled “Zero based regulatory budgeting to unleash American energy”. The purpose as stated in the written document is to “rescind outdated regulations that serve as a drag on progress, to stimulate and deliver prosperity to every American”

A sunset date on a regulation is the date a regulation will "cease to be effective and removed from the Federal code of regulations” EPA,  Dept. of Energy, Federal Energy and the Nuclear regulatory commission, BLM, Bureau Oceanic Management , US Fish and Wildlife. SPECIFICALLY this includes (and there are lots more): “The Bald and Golden Eagle Protection ACT, The Migratory Bird Treaty of 1918, the Anadromous Fish Conservation Act of 1965, The Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972,  The Endangered Species Act of 1972…”

BRIEF RESEARCH REPORT article: Despite the valuable contribution veterinary technicians make to both the financial success and the operational stability of a practice, it has been shown that when comparing the psychological wellbeing of veterinary technicians to normative samples of human registered nurses (an analogous group), high levels of psychological strain and burnout are prevalent in this profession.
