@IsabelOakeshott The calls have come from his family; nobody wants to avoid facing up to how it happened, but why are you criticising his family and those wishing to respect their wishes?
I’ve met @Nigel_Farage a number of times. I’ve debated him. Interviewed him. Talked about cricket with him. I disagree with a very great deal that he says and represents. However, I don’t believe he agrees with this sort of dangerous rhetoric from his right-hand man. He’s going to have to make a choice. Reject Yusuf or stand with him and be weakened by association.
@FrankieFreedom1@tomhfh But sometimes you can, sad to say. What level of suicide which is directly accountable to social media do you consider acceptable before taking action, please?
@FrankieFreedom1@tomhfh Unfortunately, I don’t have your knowledge of the various cases to be able even to speculate on that. But what level of suicide directly attributable to social media is acceptable before action is taken?
@Jenny_1884 If previous governments had moved faster, including Mr Johnson’s infamous ‘one new nuclear reactor a year for ten years’ promise, our bills would now be lower and would not be subject to the volatile gas and oil market.
@LeeHurstComic The double, query triple or even quadruple, negative does obscure the meaning somewhat, but “no way that … [he] should not receive” means that you think that he should?
@Blank233444@EssexPR A number of errors, there:
1 It was never a promise.
2 It was never a promise made by Mr Farage, as he was in the other campaign.
3 It was delivered by Mrs May’s government.
@Georgiamar47827@Blank233444@EssexPR Absolutely; if only we had had the Norway or Swiss models, endlessly promoted by Mr Farage before the referendum, instead of the much harder Brexit delivered.
