After @airindia messed up with incorrect auto emails about our lost bag, Praveen Sundesha from JDH ground staff went above and beyond to provide us with correct info and updates, and we got our bag back in 48 hours. Most times, it’s people which provide CX, not computers.

@Bert_VdA@StefanSchippers@teamleader@visma Dag Bert, de interne UUID is idd niet beschikbaar in CSV e.a. exports, en we hebben ook een beperking op welke custom fields er in de exports meegenomen kunnen worden. We zijn jouw vraag intern aan het bekijken, en ook e-invoicing staat op de 2024 roadmap.
