The corrupt greedy officers at Pangani @DCI_Kenya have refused to arrest him and the girl is being harassed and threatened to drop the case. She called me in the morning crying and breaking down because the family is threatening her and @DCI_Kenya pangani have refused to arrest him. @DCI_Kenya is set up to protect criminals and kill victims there’s no other way to explain it
