@VirginMoney We managed to get it sorted 3 and 1/ 2 hours later. I feel you need a better system in place for people with learning difficulties.

Virgin Money, what a joke that this is a company that is meant to be owned by someone who has Dyslexia, but yet it is one of the hardest things to talk to someone who has mild learning difficulties.
