European Court ruled today that the test for compensation after a wrongful conviction is lawful despite some judges stating its ‘virtually insurmountable’.

Yes...but I still want to know how the UK "justice" system allowed this to happen. People at Royal Mail, the Post Office and Fujitsu may be culpable, but the major problem will still remain. And when you do, consider if this represents the liberty and freedoms that so many gave their lives for on those Normandy beaches on this day 80 years ago.

Yet another 'Apology, not an apology'. Another attempt to re-write history. And how is it not perjury to claim that you made every effort to establish the truth, when the evidence proves you made every effort to do the opposite?

This is the latest disturbing example in recent months where the Chair of an organisation or a listed company has been exposed as abdicating their responsibility to hold their Board and CEO to account, and instead prove to be little more than a lapdog to the Board and a barrier to accountability.

The role of Chair should be a vital component in terms of corporate governance. All evidence suggests that it has evolved into something rather different.

@LOU15E_97 There is a particular reason I informed of this, as the Judge involved in the trial, is believed to have ruled illegally on another case and used forged Trial Transcripts to substantiate the ruling. I have the transcripts so also discovered that Judges can ignore FOI requests.

@LOU15E_97 As I said the Judge informed that the Jury were not to be told the commanding Officer had committed Perjury. What evolved, possibly a circumnavigation of his request, I have no knowledge of, hence my not adding anything specific to what I'd said. A Barrister informed of this.
