@santanderuk is the most broken bank I've ever experienced. Hours on hold to unlock an account that they blocked due to their own errors. Twice in a month.
#MikeRegnier@santanderuk has got his work cut out for him. Start with cutting call wait times. If fraud is going up, don't make the customer suffer. It's why we trust you with our assets. Your job, not mine.
@santanderukhelp I am still locked out of my account. The last time this happened, despite my conversations with your fraud team and international team, I didn't regain access for days.
@santanderuk please explain to me how keeping me on hold for 90 minutes is protecting me? If you're so worried about my security shouldn't YOU have called ME? No wonder the Fintech disruptors are eating your lunch.
@santanderukhelp Yes. And I waited more than 2 hours on the phone on a non toll-free call which used up my minutes. My account is still blocked and I was told that it could stay that way up to 48 hours, which, given that it's a weekend, could cut me off until Monday. Shocking.
#santanderbank has put me on hold for over an hour after locking me out of my account for making a transfer. What exactly is the point of this "bank?" Aren't they supposed to be in the service industry? Cancelled.
Thanks so much to @publicispoke and @FFT_space for inviting us to such an inspiring workshop, where a group of creatives and strategists were invited to donate their time to helping us create a new tagline. Go behind the scenes with @Campaignmag below...
It's time we face the fact that the reason we have massacres is because the people who prevent any remedy want them to exist.
The massacres aren't the price they're willing to pay for the freedom for "gun rights," whatever the hell that means.
The massacres are the point.
