@AdamsDrafting The Keith Bishop post that you refer to itself links to one of his earlier posts quoting an additional five definitions in the California Corporations Code, each of which refers to “individual” in it’s customary sense. 2/2
@AdamsDrafting Ken: I would stick with “individual”. Just because one oddball act in the California Corporations Code inexplicably uses the word “individual” to include a ”corporation” is no reason to abandon the natural and customary use to mean a natural person or human.1/2
@HeyScottyJ I’ve been using this for awhile since @viticci mentioned it; it works just fine; I use incoming e-mails as the trigger (sender or word in subject line) and create Reminders using ToolBox Pro; you can use “ask each time”; working very nicely and saves a ton of time
