Here’s the formula 👇
We are not meant to live a sedentary lifestyle. You must get 10k steps a day… Minimum. Schedule walks throughout your day or get a walking pad underneath your desk.
Eating at a caloric deficit pretty much guarantees that you’ll lose weight. Tracking calories is the best way to ensure you’re at a deficit but you can also eat intuitively. After you track for a short time, you’ll get a pretty good idea of where you’re at throughout the day. Eating similar meals 80% of the time will help a lot.
Pushing yourself in the gym is one of the best ways to improve your body composition. You want to make sure you’re progressively lifting heavier or adding in more reps. Having a lifting partner helps so much. I have found that lifting 4 or 5 days a week is the sweet spot. Active rest days are just as important as days in the gym.
Prioritize getting 7 or 8 hours of sleep each night to build muscle and repair tissue. This will allow you to return to peak performance more quickly.
Drink a bunch of water. Add electrolytes to improve hydration.

These make all the difference👇
When my clients first come to me, there are usually three things they need the most help with.
Diet and nutrition are typically the biggest problems. We focus on protein intake because it promotes muscle growth and supports overall bodily function.
You probably hear me saying it a lot but 10,000 steps a day has been an absolute game-changer for me. Watch your body composition change drastically once you make this a priority.
Accountability is massive. My clients need this at first but the goal is for them to eventually become self-sufficient. This usually happens once they start seeing great results.

There are many ways to stay motivated in the gym 💪
It took me some time to find what exercise routine works best for me. Now, I have a consistent workout schedule that fits my lifestyle.
I did the same lifts with the same weight and wasn’t seeing much progress. Now, I mix it up and slowly increase the weight to challenge myself.
Like success, fitness is a process, not a destination. When I hit new milestones, I celebrate and reward myself. My rewards usually include pizza btw 🍕

Our minds are so powerful 💥
My mindset was pretty rough for the longest time. Things changed once I started to implement a few daily habits.
First, I figured out how to stop giving a shit what people thought of me. This was huge. I started to focus on things I could control instead.
Next, I began to convince myself that I was good enough. I tell myself every day that I deserve to be happy, and I’m strong and healthy.
Finally, I stopped comparing myself to others. We’re all on our own path and at different stages in life. Once you fully understand this, you’ll be content with where you’re at.
Hope this helps. Feel free to reach out if you need more info on these topics.
There are many ways to challenge yourself in the gym, and it’s easier than you may think 🤔
I was going through the motions for years. I was in decent shape, but wasn’t getting any stronger.
I decided to switch things up and saw great results almost immediately.
The first thing I did was boost the intensity. I slightly increased the weight or added more reps. I tracked my workouts with an app so I knew where I left off.
Next, I prioritized rest and recovery. I was lifting six or seven days a week at times. This was actually hurting my progress. Now I implement active rest days. Most rest days I just walk.
Lastly, I focused on nutrition. I prioritized protein at every meal, stopped snacking (for the most part), and ate mostly whole foods. Now I live by the 80/20 rule.
I hired a coach during this time and it made all the difference. A coach can help you with clarity and accountability. It was a game changer.

It has always been me vs me 😎
It’s not a competition. Everyone has their own unique journey and I’m here to support you along the way.
Comparing yourself to others can lead to negative emotions and create unnecessary stress.
I like to focus on one day at a time. It allows me to stay present. Each day is a new opportunity for growth.
You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be in life right now. Embrace your individuality and be grateful for what you’ve been through.
Today is a new day. Might as well go get after it 🫵
It’s a process, not a destination 🚀
Unlocking your full potential will help you achieve more than you ever imagined possible.
Self-awareness will allow you to grow. What are you good at? Where do you need to improve? Identify your strengths and weaknesses so you know what to focus on and what needs work.
A growth mindset keeps you moving in the right direction. Embrace challenges, learn from failures (feedback), and stay curious.
Healthy habits support productivity and consistency. Maintain physical health and practice mindfulness.
The people you surround yourself with will either help you grow or tear you down. Choose wisely. Learn from those who inspire you and distance yourself from negative influences.
Wherever you are in this process, I’m here for you 🫵
The time to start is NOW ⏱️
I’m all for setting goals but a New Year’s resolution just ain’t it. This mostly pertains to fitness.
New Year’s resolutions commonly don’t work because of unrealistic expectations, no accountability, and a lack of specific goals.
People often rely on willpower alone and fail to address underlying issues. They focus on short-term actions rather than creating sustainable habits.
I fully support people that want to make a change, but it’s gotta be an ongoing commitment.
DM me “goals” if you’re ready to start now! 🏋️
My top 5 ✋
Having more confidence will change your life. Achieving fitness goals fosters a sense of accomplishment and pride.
You will make more money when you’re fit. It’s much easier to go for what you want or ask for that raise when you’re confident in yourself.
Fitness routines can make everyday activities easier and more enjoyable. This creates a better quality of life, especially as you age.
Regular exercise reduces stress and anxiety. It also promotes better sleep and increases energy. This often leads to improved mood and mental clarity.
Getting fit reduces the risk of chronic diseases and enhances immune function. It also strengthens bones, muscles, and joints.
Notice how looking good naked didn’t quite make the list. That’s the cherry on top 🍒
Balanced eating habits for the win 🏆
I live by the 80/20 rule with my diet because it’s practical and flexible. 80% of the time, I choose healthy options. 20% of the time, I indulge in less nutrient-dense foods.
This promotes balance and sustainability. I enjoy my favorite treats in moderation without guilt. This is easier to maintain compared to strict diets that ban specific foods entirely.
This rule encourages mindful eating, reduces stress around food, supports overall health, and is adaptable to different lifestyles.
The 80/20 rule promotes moderation and prevents extremes. Give it a try! 🍰
Removing self-doubt 🧠
Self-doubt can creep in at any time. I’m consistently talking myself up to avoid falling into this trap.
Reframing can put things into perspective. It allows me to really focus on the “problem”. A lot of these issues aren’t really issues at all.
Taking action is huge. Small wins throughout the day help to build confidence and momentum. Take some sort of action when you feel stuck.
Celebrate wins. Most days I review past accomplishments to remind myself of how far I’ve come.
Remember that self-doubt is a thought, not a fact. Which tip will you try? Let me know in the comments, and don’t forget to follow for more confidence hacks! 🔑
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day 🥚
Eating a high protein breakfast provides energy, supports muscle health, promotes satiety, kick-starts your metabolism, and stabilizes your mood.
I like to brown my ground beef ahead of time, making this process much faster. You could always opt for a protein bar or shake if you’re in a rush, but I mostly prefer whole foods.
I skipped breakfast for the longest time and noticed a big difference once I added it back into my diet.
Give this easy recipe a try and let me know what you think 🍳
