@RickyTFC I’m enjoying seeing the confidence from our fans that we need to “throw” the game. Man City are one of the best teams in the world and we have just had our worst run for decades. But of course it’s “in our hands”.
As you say, stinks of us smashing them doesn’t it… 🤦
As you watch the Aurora this evening, it’s worth reflecting that you’re getting a rare direct glimpse of the power of Nature. Those charged particles causing the atmosphere to glow came from a sunspot complex 17 times the diameter of Earth and traveled across 90 million miles at a million miles an hour. Without our magnetic field to protect us, our atmosphere would have been lost to space long ago. Those colours in the sky are Nature reminding us that we’re very lucky to be here amidst the violence. And perhaps therefore also reminding us not to shite it all up :-)
I accidentally deleted this tweet, I wasn't expecting the reaction it has had. The Carneddau mountains towering above the A55. Taken from St Cristiolus's Church,Llangristiolus on Anglesey 📸🏴 can you guys please share this again please!!
@987_charles @bmay I would probably look at the enforcement of legislation by sites before leaving the EU and messing up future free movement, cross-continent cooperation and prosperity
@shoesandbras@WorldofHotspur Some one who instilled confidence in the players to attack lesser teams, use initiative and be creative rather than rely on outdated automations
@allenwang7@NathanAClark Isn’t his job title “manager”? So manage.
Why is he worth £15m a year if it’s just a matter of buying great players for loads of money. In fact, why have a manager at all?
Today we publish our report on a reliable, resilient and decarbonised power system - over a year in the making @theCCCuk
We set out to answer the question: “can we rely on an electricity system based mainly on variable renewables?”
Yes, you really can
