@gneiffer07@SeanZerillo I will say my one assumption is that the books have become incredibly sharp. I’m not chalking a bad year to Zerillo’s process, was more just calling out the urgency to follow his picks. I appreciate that you both give out free picks and provide transparency
@SeanZerillo@gneiffer07 I appreciate the feedback, and didn’t have have any presumptions. I think one should analyze short and long term results before investing in someone or something. Disney is one of the most successful companies ever, but down 50% last 5 years. Can’t just bet on long term results
@BWOly34 Worst part was his palm never left, it slide down the side of the bag without elevating after the initial contact. His finger tips left the bag
#Cubs Jake Arrieta hurled a complete game shutout 10 years ago today on June 21, 2015, beginning what would be a 29-start stretch in which he had more no-hitters (2) than games lost (1).
The only loss?
A no-hitter by Cole Hamels.
His final numbers from that stretch: 29 GS | 24-1 | 0.99 ERA
Chicago was 27-2 during the stretch, and Arrieta had as many home runs hit as he allowed (4).
This stands as, in my opinion, the greatest stretch of baseball ever by a pitcher. The only way to beat him was to beat him at his own game.
