@RacingSteward @specutainment Agreed - both parties are entitled to a fair hearing, and more importantly there should NOT be any comeback on the complainant as this will only discourage legitimate claims in the future. The problem has been the way that Horner has been tried in the peoples court.

The OP just stated 'it's not the guns' to which I replied 'you can't have shootings without them', suggesting that in fact it is the guns. With your example it's like people being high on drugs saying it's not the drugs.

@brrrake Mostly I think it's because really there are only 3 public routes into how a team works, the principal and the 2 drivers. Whilst there is an amount of 'spin' that they provide, they create a link with someones favourite team
