@nimalan It tastes great to me (i know nothing about sichuan dish though). A few feedback for myself is to increase the oil temperature so chickens could be more crispy and buy more red peppers to spice up the fragrant. I loved its mala flavor.
While i remember, i should write a story of human life when there was such thing as downtown in the world so i can share the story with my future children.
