They also have issues with the way that BC treat Elite Development Teams.

Yesterday's F1 race descended into farce, race 'control' bartering with teams over penalties, inconsistent rule application, arguments with teams over the radio. I know it's panto season (oh yes it is) but that would never have happened on race director Charlie Whiting's watch.
