NEW: Bernie Sanders just did the unthinkable, conceding that, YES, Democrats ARE a threat to democracy.

The stunning moment came when Schulz pointed out that over the past four elections, Democrats essentially had no say on who their nominee would be.

He told Sanders to his face that the DNC stole the 2016 primary from him.

Sanders reluctantly replied, “In the world that I live in, you got a choice”—meaning let the Democrats screw you OVER or allow Donald Trump to win.

He said his wife agrees with Schulz—that Democrats absolutely stole the nomination from him.

But Sanders defended the idea that Trump had to be stopped, calling both Hillary and Trump “not a great choice” for America but Hillary the lesser of two evils.

Schulz’s co-host, Akaash Singh, pressed Bernie further:

“Could we not also say that if there hasn’t been a fair primary for the Democrats since 2008, are they not also a threat to democracy?”

“Fair enough,” Sanders replied. “I’m not going to argue with that point.”
